លក្ខខណ្ឌមួយចំនួនបន្ទាប់ពីទិញពីហាងយើងខ្ញុំ៖

សូមពិនិត្យទំនិញឲ្យបានត្រឹមត្រូវ មុននឹងចាកចេញ ឬទទួលយកទំនិញ
ទំនិញ​ដែល​ទិញ​ពី​ហាង ឬ​ទទួល​រួច​ហើយ​មិន​អាច​ប្តូរ​បាន​ទេ។
ទំនិញដែលបានទិញមិនអាចប្តូរជាសាច់ប្រាក់បានទេ។
ទំនិញដែលជាអំណោយពីហាង ឬការបញ្ចុះតម្លៃមិនអាចផ្លាស់ប្តូរបានទេ។
អតិថិជនអាចផ្លាស់ប្តូរគំរូក្នុងរយៈពេល 72 ម៉ោងចាប់ពីពេលដែលគាត់បានធ្វើការទិញជាគោលការណ៍៖
របស់​ដែល​ទើប​នឹង​ទិញ ឬ​នាឡិកា​មិន​ទាន់​បាន​ប្រើ។
អាចផ្លាស់ប្តូរទំនិញក្នុងតម្លៃដូចគ្នា ឬលើសពីផលិតផលដែលបានផ្លាស់ប្តូរ មិនអាចប្តូរតម្លៃក្រោមទំនិញដែលបានទិញ ឬប្រគល់ប្រាក់ដែលនៅសល់ (ក្នុងន័យថាគាត់ចង់ផ្លាស់ប្តូរទំនិញក្នុងតម្លៃទាបជាង)។

Some conditions after purchasing from our store:

Please check the goods properly before leaving or accepting the goods
Goods purchased from the store or already received can not be exchanged.
Purchased goods cannot be exchanged for cash.

The customer can change the model within 72 hours from the time he made the purchase in principle:
